polka - brilliant ideas:T:T. And i am so pleased about the knock on effect that will open up your opportunities further. If you could find somewhere more suitable to live, I think it will improve so much about your life. So all good and exciting.

Vix - I was wondering - is there any mileage in starting up a home bra measuring service? Just as a little side line to the job you already have? You have such passion & knowledge in this area.
Yes it is really hard being without work. I guess the answer is to try and find other things that give you purpose, without wanting to underestimate the value being paid for your labour gives, as well as its practical benfits i.e. money to do the things you want to do.
I've never had a career because of my health so I've had to work hard to be content in who I am and let go of an identity wrapped up in what I do. Still got a little bit of me that would love to do something impressive and amazing though:D. To be independent, I let out a room in my home and work very part time in a dull clerical job (but with lovely people, so am grateful).
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Have you thought about drinking your calories misy....a few milkshakes? might not be as filling as eating extra

Thanks Seren :D Short answer is yes, but again, I can't stomach too much on the days in question. I don't want to fill up on the 'artificial' supplement-type stuff that's out there either... guess I'll keep experimenting and doing the best I can.

The positive side is it's a whole lot better than the mess I was in this time last year....! :D I'm actually eating a full 50% more every day on average, and still maintaining exactly the same

My son bought a 32" I know it is not 42" but he bought it from ebuyers which were brill for their delivery, service etc £274.99, argos have a discount, end of stock, clearance website, currys do their end of ranges, it is a bit scratched, deal of the day that is where we got our 42" from, it was £275 cheaper just because it was the one from the shop and was scratched(cleaned it up with the special stuff they gave me and came up a treat):D

It's difficult to explain it, the closest I can get is a cross between chinese and indian. Infact, its how we got onto it.I like chinese but not curry-DF likes curry but not chinese. We had it once as a compromise and it turned out to be the right compromise. We havent looked back.
