wow, busy weekend here! thanks for hte god wishes bb, i have stayed in the zone and i'm really pleased. my curry was lush, so i'll post it on the recipe thread at some stage; and i succumbed to an unplanned half naan but it didn't throw things completely off. Had a fun day yesterday too, pattern making session went really well, whole group was really positive and it was fab! and i stuck to plan.

cool site nmm, it is okay to have a commercial site on your public profile - i specifically emailed a moderator when i put mine on and was told it's okay.

sary, sounds like you had a good time. there's an invite to my school reunion running on facebook, but so far looking at hte names that have signed up for it doesn't make me go yay i want to go. also, i feel a bit fat, and don't want to do something like that till I'm happier with my body shape. far too many late nights over the weekend, need some proper sleep tonight i think. have a good day everyone!

How to spend your time between the hours of 9 and 3 when the kids get home from school in a way that makes you feel you have achieved something and not wasting your life away waiting for a job and something proper to do:rotfl::rotfl: I wish I had a niche:rolleyes::D

1lb loss for me. I'm sure I've actually lost a lot more since last week, but alas, I did not weigh myself last week after I totally lost the plot and ate my weight in junk!

The 11stones are teasing me, wanna be in them by next week!

Hi all. Well I've been to the doctors today and she said that I have not only sprained my ankle, but also torn the ligaments in my foot/ankle which explains why I can walk on it but it hurts with up/down/sideways movement and keeps swelling. Said its definitely not broken as it would be constantly swollen if it was. Have it strapped up for at least a couple of weeks, and the torn ligaments will take about a month to heal properly but as long as I take it easy should feel better as time goes on.

VICTORY - Thanks for letting us know about the ww red thai curry sauce, I'm guessing you mean a jar and not a ready meal? If its a jar I will definitely buy some as OH will love it and I can feel relatively guilt free!

OH wanted a sausage, bacon and mushroom roll from the lush sandwich shop next to the doctors, so I treated myself to a small sausage roll (the bread kind) which was purely medicinal of course!

BUTTONS - congrats on the loss. I know you may feel a little shortchanged if you lost more (presuming you gained when you didnt weigh in) but its all about the long game and overall loss so its all good.

Right am gonna have a gentle stroll/hobble round the park with the dog, then off to uni. Have a good day all.

How much was the one on offer just so we know what to beat :rotfl:

Tae Bo Cardio tonight, miserable rain and gale force winds here summer where  lol

540 roughly. There was a code for it too to take 30 quid off so it did come to 518. I've basically ruined the poor mans chances ha

dmv: Ouch! hope the ankle heels quickly :p Sorry, couldnt resist that one!

School reunions sound scary to me. Most of the people worth knowing from primary/secondary i have on facebook anyway! I'd like a reunion with one girl, after she bullied my friend and i for some years.

i got up at 6am, got to Dover at half 7 and the ships captain decided its too windy to dock so i came back home again. Grrrr. Proper annoying.

DMV Glad to hear your ankle is strapped up now.
I figured I had better get on here and type a message as the cake in the fridge is shouting "I need to be finished!". It's been there since last Sunday (was supposed to be for a get together we never went to) I'm really struggling with the stretch to lunchtime today, but I've done so well this morning I dont wanna sidetrack now.We are going to look at a new flat today-ground floor two bedrooms with a garden. And its empty and ready for occupation. And the same price we pay now..Hold thumbs everyone. Our lease expires at the end of this month and we've not heard anything from our landlord so we figured we'd stay on (assuming a month to month contract) until we are ready to go (finances are sticky and all). Yesterday was such a lovely day but DF refused to go out-he said it depressed him that he has to go to a park to feel grass under his feet (bearing in mind that back home-if you didnt have a garden with a swimming pool in it there was something wrong). So he's decided we can look around. Please, please, please let it be the one-I know I said I'd take my time but houses are like that aren't they? You see them and you know.
