    Hi all :)

Calories for the week average 1851/day. Got walloped with gains after Tuesday and Thursday's heavy exercise days (net cals 831 and 703 on those days ). Not doing too well getting weight to stabilise this month so I'm expecting a few lbs gain (maybe 3lb or so) when I do my monthly weigh in this week. Never mind, I'm enjoying life :p

    • Monday: Cross country run 9km | 60 mins | 464 cal
    • Tuesday: Off road cycling 42km | 178 mins | 982 cal
    • Wednesday: Outdoor swimming 1500m | 64 mins | 331 cal
    • Thursday: Cross country jog 22.5km | 190 mins | 1468 cal
    • Friday: Hike 7.5km | 78 mins | 425 cal
    • Saturday: Rest
    • Sunday: Exercise bike '31.6km' | 60 mins | 298 cal

Total 10hr 30min and 3967 calorie burn. 5 different activities. Really pleased with the distances - 22.5km jog is a new PB for distance and the first time I've gone 'over' a half marathon!

Have a good one this week everyone! :D

BB - I know I won't get results straight off, but my stomach has de-bloated a lot and today I managed to get the loo 3 times, without the aid of a laxative. That's great for me!

I did actually cheat today and ate quite a few pick n mix, and some of DD's gingerbread men, but hey, at least it wasn't rice. I think I will "relax" a bit at weekends, just so I don't binge out!

    Good losses folks!!
  • nmm, I think it looks very professional.

Missy why cant I get myself as motivated as you are?

I had planned to do some wii tonight but I got home from church to find DS asleep on the couch. So I asked DF why he'd not moved him to bed and he woke up instead:mad:He had gone to sleep at 6.30 and just woke up at about 9ish...now I'll be awake all night and I can't wii either coz he likes to run circles around the board so I cant use it whilst he's awake.

Thanks FFM and polkadot :) The store software is free and you can modify them how you like, you just need somewhere to upload it. Im not sure what you can edit at your webspace polkadot, maybe i can help.
