Afternoon/evening everyone
I'm fine and dandy thanks Dinah, Went for a run (well a stagger) but actually managed to go further than usual before looking like death warmed up!! AND I came home and did 10 sit ups (not a lot I know but hard to do when a mad Westie jumps on you for every one!) and 2 20 second planks so I feel very virtuous, particularly as OH was half canned in Newcastle by 11am! last night was the sensible night (God help us - giving the groom a mankini to wear on a sensible night!!!) and tonight's the wearing very loud Hawaiian shirts night. I'll be picking the poor soul up from York station tomorrow after noon so, sorry Tet, but you're going to miss him!!!
Happy, ASDA was mad today so if you shouted for Pilchards I wouldn't have heard you. If I ever go in there and see someone with a trolleyful of fish, though, I know it's 'the secret code'
Have a good eveing xxLet's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -
Feeling a bit less stressy, actually did my figures wrong and there will be £110 left over from NIMs wages for his fuel and bits and bobs, not quite enough, but only about £50 shy. His Irish bank account still has a teeny bit left in it so we're counting on that to be enough to get the train out to his mums, still need to book the hotel for the night in Dublin though. Argh! At this rate I can see my ultra-secret wedding saver becoming petrol money! Oh well, thinking about having to get married has been giving me awful nightmares again anyway, might actually feel better if the money isn't there and it stops being a proper possibility!
NIM and I are trying to find a church together that suits both of us, you'd think having two Christians in a relationship would be easier than one Christian and an atheist, however reading between the lines it's actually like a re-hashing of the Reformation in our house, as we both seem to think the others chosen denomination are doing it all wrong! (Insert your own lolcats joke here). This is actually something really important to me, as since NIM has made it clear at some point a wedding is likely to be on the cards, I want to have an active relationship with my church before and after I get married there (would make it less terrifying for one), rather than just going on the day for the pretty back drop.
Sorry for such a negative post, feeling really blue today and my head is splitting.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Oh, and postcard for NIM - your sig. Since you're taking lead on the MB because I clearly can't add, as shown by your rational thinking today, want to nab challenge 5 out my sig and put it in yours, give me a little space and give you your first MSE challenge?!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi Dinah
Hope you feel better soon. I know what you mean about the church - I went to pre-wedding talks before I got marries (obviously, doh!0 and I got ripped apart by the priest, which actually put me off. My other half (the useless, incompetent one I married, not the gorgeous one I have now!) got off scott free whilst I came out of every session feeling belittled and like I'd just had a telling off from the headmaster - never again.
I still haven't done the ironing, been on dooyoo or done my 10p scratchies......can someone kick me up the bum for tomorrow please?!!! :wall:Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -
How on earth can Nim do 12 ms jobs in one day, unless he has a secret red cape. I couldn't manage to do that many reports or does it get easier because you have been doing them a lot longer than me.
Has anyone sold anything on ebid and how does it differ from ebay?
I have two jobs tomorrow and one yesterday. I have been to tap dancing today only three more weeks until competion time. I think this might be my last season and then I will hang up my tap shoes.Total debt Feb 2012 = £54354.11 😳
😁Debt Free and you can do it too0 -

Maybe NIM has his underpants on over his trousers and a big S on his tee shirt??? Is Dinah Lois Lane to NIM's Clark Kent? Just a thought.........Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -

Well if I was Superman (Clarke Kent is the disguise, but I digress) then yes she is my Lois Lane.
But part of it is that I'm used to doing the reports by now, part is that I print off the reports and fill them in after the shop which allows me to rope Dinah in.
As for me having a big S on my shirt, its really more likely to be a shamrock
Oh and check out my signiture. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
Well that signiture doesn't help me make mine less scary in the slightest! And you have like £400 owing already, you'll have hit that by August! Since you said you were going to give the MB a shot once you go onto the new job and have more free time, seems a bit daft for me to have it when you could have it and look even more sig-impressive! Atm my sig is just scaring me and its a lot of numbers to keep track of.

Friday night, I don't 'do' Friday nights... well, except my daily coffee clicks (Firefox add on to load up things I need to do once a day like check various accounts, onepoll, some competitions scratchies etc), and I have about 30 competitions to enter, I'm thinking I will 'do' tonight until 8.15 when NIM gets home.
Hope the meet was fun.
And thank you for reminding me to check into my onepoll acccount. I had forgot that i had had an account!lol
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
