Your OH reads a walking magazine Tete?! I must confess to never knowing such a thing existed. Are there loads of walk to try? The flapjacks sound super tasty.
Cinny I forgot you had a diary tooI will go and look it up immediately! Not really a day off for me, as OH is so busy I am being his apprentice today. So far I have been cropping out lighting stand legs from my friend's music video. And now I am about to start tracking her moles so they can be painted out! Then I also have a first draft of my new scholarship application done by tomorrow evening. But it's great not to be in the office.
The Amazon vine sounds well cool Dinah - very impressed! Was the chat good at the pastor's house?

He does Lara - Country Walking! He only discovered it in the airport when we were going away but he's totally addicted and wants to buy a load of new kit that was voted the best in the magazine. There are a fair few walks to do too, and plenty of free downloadable ones on the website.
Seems a shame to painting out your friend's moles, this day and age and all that! Is she famous then?!
Almost killed myself in the stupid gym, don't know if I'll make it up Cat Bells tomorrow! Have had to have a cereal bar because I'm so starving, only an hour and a half after my dinner550 calories left to play with for my tea, but they don't go very far!! I feel good though now I've got my breath back!

I am already 104 cals over for the day, but thats because I've done no exercise. I don't even eat fancy things, two roast chicken rolls, no mayo etc just plain chicken breast, a count on us mouse, some raspberries and stawberries, and some toast and jam, thats it!!!
Want to go to the gym at hometime, but feeling appauling, runny nose, headache, burning up, sore throat etc so we'll see how it goes, right now planning to wuss out and go straight home to bed.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

If you feeling that bad you should get home to bed and get the fluids into you.
Hopefully it is not the Pandemic Flu0 -
She wants her own moles painting out I'm afraid! I think they look fine. Country Walking - that's so cool! Haha, your OH is a proper oldie reading a mag like that ;-):A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0

Not swine flu I hope! It's hard to stay under cals, I only have one day and that was when I had porridge for tea
Won't be today either if I'm out for tea with OH and of course I'll have to test the flapjacks!
