    What is LB?!

Books should arrive on Monday or Tuesday by the look of it, or the first two should at least.

I'm thinking I might go the gym a bit earlier today, Start for 4.30ish rather than 5.30, so do a bit on the rowing, and some weights before I start my 5.30 cross trainer half hour while watching come dine with me (only machine with headphone jack), then go home and feel all sinful eating takeaway!

Little Britain. I think the first two series were good, then they got to the 'Peter Kay' stage, thinking everything they did was funny

I managed to kind a funky looking armband for £3.95 with postage included, looks just like the offical iPod ones so should be okay! Really need to stop spending now :o

Sounds like a good plan Dinah! Enjoy the takeaway too, I think it's okay having one every now and then if you're exercising ect to balance it out.

I wish our gym had a TV - would love to watch CDWM whilst exercising - it would spur me on and remind me why I'm doing it - food, glorious food!

I don't think I would ever go if it didn't! Some people read magazines or books on the machines, but I think I'd fall and die if I wasn't focussed on what my legs were doing!

No idea, mum just doesn't do cooking on Fridays, so she always brings something back! Probably pizza, as I don't think Sedgefield has an Indian, Thai or Chinese!

Ah cosmopolitan Sedgefield! I'm just waiting for my colleague to get back from the bank so I can go to the gym, but listening to the rain on the roof I might just work through lunch (or be on here, you know...) and finish early and go then!

Those books look like good reads. Must start to write reviews for the books I buy. Heaven knows I spend enough on there.

I'm just determined to be slim again, and while I'm a real foodie, I don't enjoy eating anywhere near as much as the satisfaction of fitting into my size 8 jeans!
