Well, I've had a nightmare with Curry's over my FF. The delivery drivers smashed the handles during the original delivery. They insisted on leaving the FF with me and said they would order a replacement to be delivered a few days later. Didn't trust them and rang Curry's who confirmed this. Nearly 3 weeks later and no contact from them (only got to this long due to Easter and DD having chicken pox!). Phoned Curry's and they told me they had no record of replacement being ordered etc etc.Anyway to cut a long story short it turns out that the delivery drivers had told me one thing and written the same thing on my delivery notice but once they had left they altered the comments to something different leaving the onus on me to arrange a replacement! After much arguing and phone calls back and forth Curry's have finally agreed to replace and have refunded me £50. So I have now paid £499 for the FF but won't settle until the new one is delivered in one piece!

Rant over...apologies for babbling on! Just beware the dodgy delivery drivers from Curry's!!!

They are worth the £800 they are now. I myself got for £560 inc delivery a year ago from an eBay seller that had several containers worth, and they are worth every penny. Hell, I'd happily pay £1000 for this fridge!

Worth it specially in the summer time. Every time you drink water, is with ice!
  • HI There
    I SO need help!
I have had this fridge, bought in April same as you guys
Now the filter light comes on
The Plumber doesn't remember where he put the filter and I haven't a CLUE where the new one goes!

See photos of our fridge here www.interactiverecords.co.uk/fridge/fridge.html

I would be indebted if someone knows where this goes!!

Type in the model number in eBay, theres a seller selling filters for these fridges, 10-15 pounds per one. Im on my 3rd filter overall, its so easy to install it can be done by yourself! Disconnect the old one and push the cable into the new ones. The filter is located somewhere on the plastic cable connecting the fridge to the mains water (a good plumber should have installed a tap for this). Pull the fridge out, trace it back and you will find it.
  • HI There
    Thanks for the quick reply!
I have the model number for the filter, but if you look at the above link (my fridge) I don't even know where the filter is supposed to be

Its supposed to have run out, (light just come on) but i can't see for life of me where this filter is supposed to be, to replace it!

    Thanks so much

Looks like either the filter is inside the fridge where that panel is (why on earth did he put it in there), or there isnt one... ? Whats the model number of your fridge?

We have had ours about 3 months, managed to get it for 530 ish with discounts.

Biggest problem was the water feed as ours is the opposite end of the kitchen.

  • Its the Samsung RS21DCNS

WE can't see the (tornado? Shaped) Filter anywhere, as you can see, we have taken the bottom front off, we have even had the metal grill (10 screws) off at the bottom and can't see it there

I could accept if he HADN'T Put it on, but why would the light just come on after its 6 month changing time......
I can't fathom it and pulling my hair out!

    Hi,
The filter should have been fitted by the plumber . The tubing can be cut where ever the filter will fit ( in a unit for example or under the sink ) . In other words the filter is fitted anywhere on the tubing between the tap and the fridge . The filter light is set to come on every 6 months and Im sure would come on regardless of if a filter was present or not .

It would seem a filter was never fitted in the first place
    OR
You have the model with an internal filter ( but I dont think thats the case).

I need a filter myself but not sure how to reset the red light, can anyone help??
