If you go through the process with the above link and then in a different browser window try the Quidco link it should say something like 'you already have an order in process' — continue with the Quidco link and it should pick it up. Mine's tracking but not validated...0 -
Looks like its available now online

Thanks very much for the link. I got my installation sorted out speedily, with all the options I wanted. I had previusly spent two hours on the phone talking to three people, none of whom seemed able to help. What a frustrating waste of time that was. Thanks to Cheddar,

Found a way around Sky talk to make chargeable calls on BT finally!!!!!! Took me a few months writing to sky and calling BT.
Solution is:- The 1471-3 service is a chargeable BT service, if you use this service you are charged by BT meaning that if you use it 5 times you have used the 5 chargeable calls as requested when you signed up to Line Rental Saver. I trust this will clarify your issue.
( THe last caller number is read out when u call 1471 and then option 3 dials them back. Once the call gets answered disconnect) Call your mobile and disconnect - AS SIMPLE AS THAT.
I made this and got charged on the BT bill and guess what from now I wont get charged on BT the penalty of £4++ for not making chargeable calls.
Hope this helps a few people.0 -
17p for each use of 1471-3
11½p connection
7p for the first minute
So each of those calls costs at least 35½p.
OTOH, you may save £3 or so.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
