Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in the phone. When it says phone restricted, press
‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code and input the code into the box on the screen#pw+254685773313723+7#

Ok, If it says code error, it means that the phone is unlocked already, or it's not locked to T.Mobile. Try other networks in the phone if you can to find out. Don't try anymore codes yet.

I want to unlock my mobile – currently is locked to Tesco. I tried in the High Street to get it unlocked (it’s a Nokia 5230) but unfortunately no one is able to unlock it. Tesco want to charge me £20 to unlock it does anyone know if you can use your ‘free’ credit to do this or do I need to top up by £20?

BB5 I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, but your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker can help here. There are also remote codes that you can obtain from the web on certain networks, but very expensive

BB5 I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, but your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker can help here. There are also remote codes that you can obtain from the web on certain networks, but very expensive. There are people out there that can unlock your phone, try all the phone shops and I'm sure someone will point you in the right direction.

DCT4+ phones I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, but your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker can help here. The cost would about £10/£20
