    This thread is generally about the older phones ie pre lumia/WP8.
    You'll be extremely lucky to get a free code for a Lumia phone.

    O2 contract phones are unlocked FOC by O2. Have you tried their online unlocking form?

    I'm not sure if it's possible? :/
