    I am trying to unlock my old Nokia 1661-2 rh-122
    IMEI: 352722/04/397682/2.
    I don't remember with which carrier was using, since it was a gift long time ago.

    Sorry, Dct4+ phone and can only be unlocked if paid for, as there are no free codes. Contact a pro unlocker, network provider, or Ebay, someone with plenty of good feedback

    Not allowed means that you have used all your chances up to unlock it and as Browntoa said you will have to contact a pro unlocker now.
