its not the amount people purchase that i find irritating - it is the manner in which it is done - aggressive and pushing people out of the way is just plain rude and unecessary (sp??)

This is a very interesting point. People have nearly come to blows in asda over this and people have been known to take shopping from baskets and trolleys. the way i see it is people have the right to take as much as they want. however, i have been in the same situation where i could have taken more reduced food but i have left some for others. most people i know taht get the bargains would not do this and tbh i dont blame them.

agreed. i get all my meat cheap and reduced and sometimes people are a bit aggressive but i guess its because we love a bargain. i dont need to get aggresive, when youre six foot people tend to move when you say excuse me!
