I think you will find that was one of Aunty Beeb's peak time repeats, it was repeated last year also on daytime TV!
So way out of date, with no warning or explanation!
That little twit gets right up my nose anyway.:mad:0 -

looked more like an update about them getting sent down, you would think aunty would have put a written banner across the bottom of the screen saying the program is a repeat and the law has changed but then why let the truth get in the way of a good story, most viewers would believe Dom got them sent down!!!0 -

Rabbiting on about a firm of clampers without any mention of the fact that clamping is now banned. I did wonder if it was a repeat as it made no sense!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Episode first shown 6th June 2012, again on 16 July 2012, and a "revised repeat" on 6th March 2013, I don't know what the revisions were but they missed something pretty important!:eek:0 -
I got a ticket yesterday. I was gutted as it spoiled a lovely morning. I tried to contact car stoppers by phone but the number wasn't recognised, I thought that was dodgy so did a quick Google search and quickly saw how notorious this car park is.
When I was getting a ticket there was a man parked up next to the ticket machine trying to sell me a book, he said if I bought it I would get free all day parking. I thought at the time how would that work-would he stop a ticket warden or would he buy the ticket out of the sale of his book??? (£10 for book, £4 all day parking) anyway I was distracted and didn't notice that not all of my money had been accepted by the machine, therefore when we got back to the car we were ticketed as we were technically late. As I said I was gutted and we had just speed walked from the railway with a newborn and a toddler to get back in time.
the ticket is for £100 reduced to £60 if paid immediately or £75 within the week.
Can car stoppers legally obtain my address?0 -
They are not BPA members so they cant get your addressProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0
-
Yup, not BPA AOS members, so they have no legit way to get your address and the POPLA route for chalenges is not open to them.
These are one of the remaining predators where ignoring is the best option in England and Wales. And if they do track you down, it would be grounds for a complaint to the DVLA and Information Comissioner because they are bending the rules somewhere.0 -
Thanks for that, I just have to convince my fiance we shouldn't pay now as he's panicking we are going to have debt collectors taking our babies toys :-s
I have just noticed they don't even have a proper email it's a hotmail account!0
