They can't obtain your address so they can jog in and even if they could they can jog on in any case
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.

You will ignore the scam won't you? Nothing can happen, they cannot even write to you. That's why they try the old '£60 to the men' tactic so that they still get some money from total idiots!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I wonder if HMRC would be interested in them taking cash in hand and not reporting it as income?

Or do they employ an accountant whom manages to limit their accounts to make a loss as they have to write off so much debt as unrecoverable, after-all they are making a loss of £60+ every time someone breaches the contract by parking slightly over the line, it will soon add up.

Interestingly I visited the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway recently, on some of their documentation they warn about car parking in Haworth

OK a bit out of date now regarding the clamping

Gareth Evans was fined £600 in November for driving without insurance. He claimed the car parks were not lucrataive when asked about his earnings, and said he had to wait 28 days before being paid for parking notices. He also claimed also that he only has three staff, and that they can't drive - so he has to drive them back and forward - but on the One Show, a ticketer (Farnell) was seen in January speeding out the car park to get away from TV cameras.

He said he was the sole proprietor of a car park supervision business that now issued fixed penalty tickets instead of clamping at three car parks in Haworth, seven in Wakefield, 15 in Skipton, and five in Bradford.

30 car parks? And what are these "fixed penalty notices" he was talking about?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • Clamping is now illegal, isn't it?

In the subject of this threads case yes! However some clamping is still allowed with the relevant authority! DVLA, Courts, bailiffs etc!
