and one of their senior officers went on to become my co.'s chief constable, so his involvement didn't do too much harm to his career development.
still, we've allowed trebor to subvert the thread.
I'm sure there's a few clampers still left out there who are ignorant of the ban or choose to ignore in the hope that the motorist is unaware and just pays.
I look forward to the first story here detailing the arrest of a clamp monkey, with the police taking firm and direct action instead of just walking away with their hands in their pockets, saying something about 'civil matter'.0 -

As the actual landowner, can they get details by the old written method?Je suis Charlie.0 -
No, if its in relation to a private parking ticket then you have to be an AOS member, regardless of the method. That's what the DVLA told esmerobbo.Je Suis Cecil.0

And if he does get the RK details neglecting to inform the DVLA that he is in fact a PPC, he's going to be deep in the brown stuff if we get wind of itExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
