Hi Shaun,
Nope, DH hasn't forgotten (as if he'd dare) :rotfl: As a rule we don't do presents it was just a little something for him. DH got me a lovely card and we are going to watch a DVD later when the kids are in bed.0 -

We have got some brilliant sunshine over here this afternoon, so I think that DS and DD can go out in the garden for a bit

I have accomplished some of my list.
DS has been given some anti-b’s by the doctor, we weren’t that late going to school afterwards so DS didn’t miss that much just the school assembly.
DD and I have been to playgroup and shopping has been delivered and put away.
I still have washing to put on and the washing up to do, they’re next on my list.
I did ring up about the boot fair however it has been cancelled due to lack of interest
they have only four people that are interested in a stall, so on to plan B which is to look for a local one over the next couple of weeks to do, I’ve got loads to get rid of. 0 -

It’s half term and the weather is pants! Bah!!
Have checked the bank and things are really dire and we still have a way to go before DH gets paid again.
This week is going to be as much of a NSW as possible. I have things planned with the kids that won’t include spending anything (as much as possible), I have a few errands to run today with the kids that will involve some money being spent.
Today I have got £6.83 in my purse and am planning to make it last as long as possible and there is £3.50 aside in the money box in case it is needed not forgetting what is in the demi-john, which is also about a couple of quid.
So my plan for today:- Post office to send parcel for Music Magpie and Amazon buyer
- Boots – nappies and wet wipes (Points or gift card to be used)
- Morrisons – Cereal and bananas
- Find more stuff for e-bay to list
- Find more naff c.d’s to trade with M.M
- Make dinner for tonight – shepherds pie, will also provide lunch for kids and DH tomorrow
- Make lunch for kids – spaghetti Bolognese, will also be enough to freeze
- Housework stuff
Have told DH that I am going to do a car boot over the next few weeks and he’s agreed, I think he’ll be glad to get rid of some tat too and will raise some cash.
Have been thinking about DS’s party and instead of giving party bags, I thought I’d buy some colouring books and some crayons and a multipack bag of sweets and wrap those up for the guests; also I discovered lurking in the cupboard enough paper plates and napkins that’ll do for the party.
Right off to get motivated otherwise I’ll be sat here when I shouldn’t.
Have a good day everyone and will update later.0 -

Well this morning hasn't turned out to be a complete disaster, despite spending money which I was trying to save; it didn't get spent willy-nilly so not too disappointed.
DS has gone to bed for a nap, first proper day of half term and he's in bed; bless him
Managed to scrape more c.d's for Music Magpie and have got another £26 worth
DH has said he's going to go through his lot and see what he wants rid of too. I am determined that we will declutter the house one way or another
Right off to get DS up and get moving again.0
