  • Thought that I should update as I haven’t done so far this morning, I’ve got an extremely bored and tired DS who’s argumentative at the moment and it’s raining which doesn’t help because they can’t go to the park to expel some energy…I have promised them both that they can paint this afternoon so that should cheer DS up a bit.

Have finally received the £30 from Paypal today, this helped pay for this months car insurance. I have withdrawn a further £10 from them today too due to be paid on the 31st July :)

I have posted a parcel to an e-bay buyer and am now skint; I have relisted a few items on e-bay and if they don’t sell then off to the charity shop they go next week.

No sign of DH’s expenses yet, as DH is on holiday next week I have dropped him an e-mail asking him to ring and find out where they are.

Whilst I type this DH received a cheque from Friends Provident for £10.87 so that can go into the bank ASAP :D

Completed a PureProfile survey for £2, so that’s now back up to £2.35 and I’ve also done some OnePoll Surveys and that is now up to £14.40.

As for the weekly spends…that’s gone out the window this week, I am way over budget :o

Next week is going to be an expensive one as we are going on days out with the kids and various other things happening, but the week after we will be back on track again with any luck.

Off to feed the monsters and do some housework, I’ve been on here far too long :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Start of another week and the first day of DH's holiday from work, so today we are going to visit my favourite SiL, so that'll be good.

I manage to get paid for an item I sold on e-bay during last week so that's duly been packaged up and will get sent off this morning.

Online banking hasn't caught up yet so can't record anything until it does.

We are off to Paulton's Park tomorrow in an effort to wear the kids out.

I am planning on making this week as cheap and cheerful as possible with the odd treat thrown in.

    Have a good day everyone :) x

Hope you had a good day.
  • Morning everyone,

Didn't go to Paulton's Park yesterday as it is too far away so we decided to go to Leeds Castle instead and had a great day.

Won't be on much today or tomorrow.

DD has her operation this morning to remove her lump and tomorrow we are rushing about taking my car for it's service and MOT and DH has the dentist and then we are meeting friends in the afternoon.

Have a good day everyone. xx

Hope everything goes well for DDs op and that she recovers quickly xxx
  • Hi all,

The op went well and she was back to her usual self within a couple of hours. She's on Calpol and Ibuprofen for any pain or discomfort she may feel.

She was awake at 6:15 this morning despite a fairly late night last night.

Thanks everyone for your wishes. Catch up soon. xx
