K_30 - I hope you are having a nice weekend and doing nice stuff for yourself. I have read your diary and your news, though not been able to log on, so I have been supporting you from afar.
Tough time at the mo, you will get through it, its indeed a rollercoaster of emotions, you will come out the other side a better person for it.

Hello,
Thank you all for your posts :A
I'm back after a week off and spent time with OH from last Friday until this morning....it's been great and we have got on really well. Things are looking far more positive and we are working/talking things through - 100 times better than say 3 weeks ago. Small steps and one day at a time I guess.
Today a tad upset but think that's just because back to reality of work, back in flat alone as been away etc and I am missing him lots as spent the past week and a bit with each other.....i'm sure he must be missing me too....he'd better be :rotfl:
Hey ho, got to get on with things. Have to get my backside into gear and do some overtime - please tell me off guys  Have a mountain of washing from break away and also flat needs a good old clean so guess that'll keep me busy after work for a while.
Also need to really up my training as have race at end of October
Hope everyone is well. Will log on later for a proper catch up with you all xxx0 -
