    Hi Karen

Sounds odd - but angry is good  It's moving on a stage from when you feel you are just functioning in a bubble

    Take care of you :A

    Morning,

    Hope everyone is well.

Sadly my course didn't happen. There was a road traffic accident on the way just in front of me and I got caught up in the queue of that for nearly two hours!! Poor people, bless them. I couldn't even turn around as it was a little country lane and I was blocked in by police cars etc that were using the other side of the road. I just hope that they were all ok - it was horrible to see.

SG - you're right angry is good. It's helped me process a lot in my mind too. This time apart from him has given me time to think about myself aswell as my relationship. It's good to do some soul searching now and again....i've learnt a lot these past few weeks - some good, some bad but at least I can process it all and that's a start isn't it

You'll be pleased to know that I have committed myself to some overtime this weekend :T I've put myself down for Saturday overtime all day. This gives me Sunday and Monday to myself as day off. Sat night I will settle down to some good old X-factor etc....Sunday not sure and then Monday my Aunt is coming for a visit which will be lovely :-)

This evening I am going out with a girly friend for dinner which will be nice, I hope to work a little more overtime next week too just to boost my October pay packet.

Anyway, enough yapping from me. I will try and log in tonight to catch up on all your diaries....so sorry xxxxx

    Afternoon,

Hope everyone is ok and enjoying their weekends. Well after a busy but eventful few weeks it's all caught up with me and I feel totally run down...managed to keep it at bay until now so feel i've done quit well really :rotfl:

Anyhow, I still managed to do my climbing course (which was rebooked from wed) and now my arms are aching even trying to type this!!! Good exercise me thinks, i'll have lovely toned arms in no time! It was such good fun and can't wait to go again Wed eve :j

Managed to fit in a few hours overtime this morning, feeling slightly back to normal work wise.

Met up with ex last night, things seem to be getting better and we are working a lot out which is good. I'm actually feeling positive about things at the moment that we can work this out...time will tell and a long way to go but hey, it's a start. Just going to go into it with my head clear and remain strong no matter what happens.

Anyhow, i'm off to relax in a long hot bath to try and stop my muscles aching somehow!

    K xx
