Thanks SG. I'm doing ok, trying to focus on myself and keep busy. Time will tell with OH, we have spoken and met up today which was nice. Not sure what will happen but right now we're both having some time and meeting up regularly......it's hard but it has to be done.

    Thanks for your post xx

Glad your meeting up with OH was quite positive, it might be a bit of space is all that's needed. Hope you are coping ok.

I'm hopeful that we can work things out but it's going to take some time and serious thinking on his part. In the meanwhile I need to concentrate on me and getting my life on track....if it's meant to be things will fall into place naturally with a bit of work. It's hard as I do envisage my life with him but need to know he's in the relationship for the right reasons....he's a confused cookie at the mo. I'm hoping a bit of space and time will sort it one way or the other so I can get on with life. On a plus side he wants to catch up on Wed evening as i'm away at a wedding this weekend so wouldn't be seeing each other until next week - guess that is a plus. We're kind of going on 'dates' and seeing how things go....think we both got a little lost along the way - time will tell.

Sorry, this is turning into a bit of a relationship self help Karen moment!!!

Anyhow my lovely friends here, I need to keep on track with money as we all know that events that have happened to me can lead to massive emotional spending

To be honest I am not doing too badly as not had appetite so no food shopping as such this month. I have however been re-evaluating things that I want in life and today booked myself on a beginners climibing course.....I went a few weeks back with OH (oops ex oh!!) and really enjoyed it and it dawned on me today I don't need him to do things that I enjoy so booked myself on a beginners course in September and bonus was it was half price so only cost £42!!! Yey!!!

Other thing is need to look after myself and start eating again, nearly lost a stone in two weeks....not good. However, it's made me realise that I need to look after myself and try and get eating...but the right things.

Tell you what much as I miss OH and really hope we can sort this out....it's also made me realise that I had stopped living a little....not anymore.....

Anyway enough ranting from me, sorry if I have gone on!

    K xx

Very natural ! And they won't be the last of the tears, just take each day as it comes.

I'm so sorry to hear about your breakup, it's such a horrible thing to go through, you're sounding very strong though and that's half the battle.

don't worry about crying/looking at your phone every 2 mins/ being angry and all the other rubbish that comes with a break up, you WILL get through this!

    Big hugs Karen :grouphug:
