    hi Karen - hope you are okay. glad you have given yourself something to look forward to with the climbing course. Also hopefully you will start "living every day" rather than spending your whole week "living for the weekend when he's home"! You will get thro this -I know it messes with your hopes and dreams but you will get thro this and be stronger for it whether he comes back to you or not....

    I'm going through an angry stage at the moment and on top of all the other stuff with ex I have had some other family things going on....i'm an emotional mess at the mo :cry:

    I'll get there in the end, just need to get my head around everything and come out the other side.

    On a positive for today....I start my course this evening - very excited :j xx
