Laziness and lounging = eating rubbish

    Evening all!

I'm SO annoyed with myself, I eat healthy all day, exercise etc and then tonight I have eaten a bowl of porridge and two (yes two!!) toasted cheese sandwiches  I need to sort this, I know it's because OH is working late shift so not home til early hours but I need to be stronger.....wimp!

On the plus side, it's nice being able to read others diaries, lots of helpful tips :T

I so know that feeling. The other day I was thinking how well I had done all day and then looked down and realised I was stuffing my face with crisps!

Golly, just catching up, your diary is growing very fast! Well done with your scratchcards, and good on you quitting while you were ahead!
Have a good weekend and enjoy your free takeaway (and I would say you wont have to declare that one since it's really a "gift"!).

Thanks Primula - I was feeling so bad about my pending take away but now you've approved it I feel much better :rotfl: It's true, I won't be paying for it...... a "gift"........I like that idea. I wonder how many other people I could persuade to buy me a "gift" this month:p

    Morning Karen & all!

If I told you that not only did I do NO exercise yesterday but I also scoffed 2 packs of KFC chips, a tub of beans and two big bits of chicken, would that make you feel less bad? :rotfl:

I am hoping this weather keeps up so I can walk it all off over the weekend! Hope you have a lovely day and get a better nights sleep!

Ummmm, a little bit better but still annoyed at myself as been so good  By the way - I love KFC!!!!

I have to walk into town to pick up my glasses after work so that's a bit of exercise and I am going for a run tomorrow with friend in training for Great South Run so I don't feel too bad.
