    Afternoon Karen & all,

Sorry to hear about your arrangement seeming to be a bit off plan Karen, I was having a nightmare getting hold of anyone at PP a while ago and my case manager apologised saying they were literally run off their feet! I got a letter recently from Cap1 saying I was behind but luckily it was just a standard letter!

The kitten sounds fab!! My mum has 3 cats, one of whom was mine but we can't have cats here and Tigger is a bit old to be here by the main road :( I am consoling myself that once me and OH get a house we can get a dog :j

I bet having the flat clean is nice, I've been a busy bee myself this morning but will save that for my thread rather than spam yours :D

  • Awwww, can we come and move into your flat? Our house needs ANOTHER hoover session.... flipping dog.

Don't worry about the PP thing today, nothing you can do, sort it on Monday.

You are doing so well, don't let one setback spoil your achievement so far.

    Cute about the kitten!!!

    Afternoon guys,

Hope you are all enjoying your Saturday!

Well that's me finished the overtime, feel great for doing it. I am going to start a tally in my signature to keep me on that target of 50hrs. I will do it!

GG - know what you mean about the dog hairs, my best friend has two and every time I visit I come home multi coloured :rotfl:I love them though! I would love a dog when we get a house but told OH that it's only fair to get kitten first so that it's in charge when puppy comes along ;)

JTR - thanks for info re payplan. My only concern is that some payments have been arriving late too and been receiving letters re that. I wouldn't want things to start becoming messed up due to them making late payments. Hmmmm, may have to see how things go.

OH just called to say that we are out for drinks and a curry tonight....yum yum :D

:j @ the overtime, I think you may just exceed the 50 hours you originally set!!

I think £30 a week is a nice round amount and should be possible if we really think about what we are buying, more than happy to compare notes for some motivation :D

    Hey all,

Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday :D

My systems is on a go slow....actually stopped working at the mo so whilst waiting thought I would log on and pop a post.

jtr2803 - will def compare notes re budget as it'll keep us motivated. I'm off to good start as OH and I put money together for evening out last night and there is some left so we've agreed to use this toward food top up ;)....means I start my new weekly budget afresh from tomorrow (still aiming for £30per week) - i'm quite excited about this

Will be updating my signature with some figures to keep me motivated on all things later today.

Now I feel a bit more control money/organisationally I am going to start working on fitness and diet....ooh this is turning out to be a lifestyle change all over....yay:j

Must get back and see if system has decided whether or not it wants to play today

    Have a good day all,

    K x

Hi mrscmr - hope you are well. I do feel very lucky to have the overtime, I only wish it was a bit more reliable so that I could include it on dmp. Some months we have loads the next maybe just one weekend  Can't complain though, I am just going to snap it up when and as it comes along.
