i was told to call back when i receive my shopping and get the points manually. used the 01382 812026 number.0

I tried to use the code XX-H4B7 £10 off £75 spend today and it said it had expired, i phoned tesco and they said to ring them and once my order was delivered and that they would refund my £10, worth a try for everyone else having problems, also the XX-SUM codes are not working for me at all!!:T0

My 300 pointer arrived yesterday without the points on the delivery note. Customer services said it was like an advance and would be credited the next time I used my club card!0

They said the same to me - but it is the first time it hasn't shown up on my receipt so I will definitely be checking0

Whoops! I just thanked qwertycrazy77 by mistake instead of the above, I do apologise for such a terrible oversight!0 -
Hi, sorry this is abit off the topic of codes, but just wondering if the tesco overprice policy applies to online orders? Just had delivery and I ordered pack of 18x440ml Castlemaine XXXX at £8.99 (and they are still on the website at £8.99 too), but on the delivery note I have been charged £11.99!! Id quite like to take advantage of the overprice policy and get them for free, but cant find annything on the online grocery help section about it, can anybody confirm if it applies or not. again, sorry for going off topic abit.0

No, R&R doesn't apply online unfortunately, but they'll probably give you the £3 back if you call them0
