Do Tesco deliver in my area?
Our grocery delivery service covers most UK residential addresses. To check whether we deliver in your area, please register and then visit the grocery homepage. In the event that we are unable to deliver to your address, a message will be shown to explain why0 -
With regards to cosmos/virgin holiday vouchers. Do you receive gift vouchers are are they CC specific? And if CC ones, can you pay part cash???0

John_LG wrote:Labradoodle - I found this recently, and has always been a frustration that my clubcard vouchers would only be accepted in store, then I realised it's easy to swap to eCoupons - which must be where most of these codes come from!
Login to your account,
Go to My Account,
Click on Your CLubcard details
Then 'click here' section to change your clubcard details.
Then in the second paragraph down, you can click on the blue statement that says something like, click here to recieve ecoupons in my clubcard statement, or conversely it will say click here to recieve instore coupons in my clubcard statement...
I'm now waiting for my first customer specific ecoupons this month! (if they work now!) - so I guess Jethrod and Speedy Gonzales, yours may come in August too - login to your account and it will tell you your clubcard balance and the month of your next statement...

tesco customer services don't seem to have a clue. i used the 200 points coupon on a shop 2 weeks ago and it showed on the receipt. when i used the 300 points one this week it didn't show but when i rung customer services they told me they had been added.
I am currently having an ongoing battle with them regarding 4500 points for a life insurance policy i took out last november. the points were supposed to be paid in 3 or 4 lots but after having received none at all in 6 months i received a letter saying they would be awarded on the next statement. After 3 phonecalls this week they have said they were added to my account in May but they're not showing on my points balance and when i ring customer services they tell me there were 1200 points added on the date I was told not 4500! looks like it will be another quarter with no points for this promotion!0 -
In case anyone missed this:
From the Sunday Express 6th August 2006 by Andrew Bryson
I have typed this word for word as it appeared in the Sunday Express
"Tesco has been forced to alter its online shopping website after a scam involving money-off codes
The supermarket giant acted after discovering shoppers were typing in Clubcard voucher codes found elsewhere on the internet to gain discounts.
The vouchers are meant to be used only once by customers and are not transferable. Some of the codes posted online are worth up to £15 off online shopping, or 1000 Clubcard points.
Important 2 paragraphs
As a result, the retailer had been losing out by giving multiple discounts. Voucher codes now work only for the users to whom they are issued.
"Since last week the voucher codes that were in circulation are no longer valid" said a Tesco spokesman. "We are aware of these discount websites and if there is any fraudulent activity against Tesco.com or any other retailer: we condemn it."
Tesco said it was hard to stop people misusing the system. "The problem will probably go away for us and come back for someone else" the spokesman said.
Twelve million people in the UK have signed up for a Tesco Clubcard, Rewards such as vouchers are typically worth up to 1 percent of the amount spent.

My own view:-
I think the £5 off £50 codes are safe as Tesco prints these in magazines that are available to anyone who buys them - it is any other code that unless you have been sent it then you cannot use it. IMHO I think Tesco will see a marked downturn in their online shopping. I have already started to use Asda instead (esp as they have £10 off £35 vouchers) and will be letting Tesco know they have lost a valuable customer to their competition.0 -
Hi
Does anybody know how Tescos works - I'm having a bit of a panic here. Yesterday my points were showing as £204 due to me - now they say £22. Is it possible that they are processing the points to be sent out in August? IOf so why have I got so many left? Are some points awarded at the end of a promotion so int he next mailing? Or are these the point s I have put on in August? I'm just panicking 'cause of all the stuff higher up about them realising we were getting codes on the internet and I just hope they have not decided to take off al the points that were not sent to me personally.
Someone reassure me please!!£2 saver club £16 so far!! - it's growing!!! :j

No need to panic. They are processing points for issuing later this month.

I've just spotted the same thing my £92 has gone dow to £11. If they zeroed my points where did the £11 pound come from? The only thing I was missing was 300 points from a sum code which said it would be added in the November statement!0
