Re problems with the codes for 200 & 300 extra points on online shops (XX-1SUM and XX-2SUM). I got them in a letter from Tesco but on both occasions no mention of these points on delivery sheet. When I phoned CS they basically got me to read the letter out to them from top to bottom and mentioned that there had been "a lot of problems with these codes". Also had problems getting a tillspit for 50 points on Huggies nappies scanned at the till and had to go to CS in store to get it sorted out. Am I just being paranoid or are they simply having system probs or is it just because end of quarter do you think?

I've had R&R a few times from home delivery. I was once charged double the advertised price for a chicken, and I've also had R&R on fruit pastil ice lollies where the website picture was of a box "100% extra free", but the items delivered were regular boxes. Never had any problem with R&R.

RE: sharing codes, and the Express article above...
I have always felt dubious about using codes, when the source hasn't been identified. I wouldn't want to get some in trouble for using a code personal to themselves, or in fact not get a discount that I was expecting (if the code wasn't genuine). So could I make a plea for people to follow some simple steps when sharing them?
1. State the code (xx-rfm8)
2. State the offer (£5 off £50)
3. State expiry (31st Aug 06)
4. State source (Mother and Baby magazine, for example)

(Genuine example, by the way)

It would be also nice if we could some how delete old messages that are out of date, or start a new thread every 2 or 3 months, as it gets SO long, and I always feel I might be missing something, unless I read them all!!!!!

Just my two pennies worth!

P.S. I've always had excellent R&R from Tescos too.
