    The new clubcard vouchers that you receive in the post has an online code which you can redeem for the deals.

    Does anyone remember how many extra points it was to order a deal online from the last mailing? I'm trying to keep track of my meagre points this quarter and am going to chase them up for it...

    And are tesco personal finance points added in the same quarter? Just got the credit card to start adding points.

    I too received the 1SUM, 2SUM, 3SUM vouchers in the post this week. I've just placed an order online for £90 & decided to try to use the 6SUM code which was posted on here as it was worth more points. It didn't work. Neither did any of the three that were sent to me, even the 1SUM code which is supposed to be valid at this present time.

    I called customer services (01382 812026 for anyone looking for a geographical number for them) & asked why it wasn't accepted. Their reply was that they didn't know & that maybe the incorrect code had been mailed!? A note of the event has been made on my account & I need to call once my groceries have been delivered to get the points added to my account.

    So it seems that it's just hit & miss as to whether it will work for you & it doesn't depend on which mailing you were sent, if any!!

    The only code I could get to go through was a measly £5 off (feeling rather cheated now!!!) - even the £10 codes due to expire at the weekend were coming up as 'no longer valid'. Hmmphhh!

    I joined Tesco homephone in Feb 2006 just so I could get the 2000 points that they were offering at the time. I have never had these points credited to my account. I contacted them a few days ago and they have asked me to wait and check my next clubcard statement to ensure that they are not there. I already know that! Has anyone else had these points credited to their account?

    I did the same, and still have not had the points. Have been told to wait for August statement because they 'should be on there'

    Just tried to place my order, and wouldn't except any of the codes that are going that the moment.... :mad: I'm going to give them a call tomorrow. Thanks for the telephone number (there are too many 0845 numbers about now!)

    6Sum didn't work for me but 2Sum did.

    I have place orders using sum6, the 500 pt one and the 300 pt one (a mixture of both mailings) and they have been accepted. I also used the 1000 pt on a £50 wine code but had a bit of trouble getting it through. I put two cases worth exactly £50 in and it wouldn't go through until the order was over £50. This anoyed me, I thought it was min spend £50 not orders over £50!

    The Sum codes now only seem to be working for the accounts that got the mailing through the door.
    For the first 2-3 days it was a free for all,although we have yet to see if we get the points for those orders.
    Now the only account that accepts a code is the one the mailing was addressed to ,in my case.
    Did anyone recieve more than one mailing to the same address?

    I think it was 50 points for ordering a deal online. I have a credti card and check the balance online everyday (sad I know) and the points generally tend to be added to the balance within a couple of days of you spending it, although it does state them separately on the statement from Tesco when you receive your clubcard coupons.

    hi, I spoke to customer services and they said that the codes are for everyone not account specific and they have no idea why they are not working. they have just added 1500 points to my account as i couldn't get the codes to work.
