Please can anyone help?
My husband and I each have a clubcard in our own names. We have used two 1000 point codes in his name. Yesterday I tried to use the same code with my clubcard but a message came up saying the code has already been used. Do you have to change the name on the actual order as well ? Also once it has gone through can you go back and re-enter a code? I really would appreciate some advice.0 -

no the codes are clubcard related so if you have one on your internet account with them you would need to open another internet account with them to get use of the code.To be able under all circumstances to practice five things constitutes perfect virtue; these five things are gravity, generosity of soul, sincerity, earnestness and kindness.0 -
Has anyone had the following message on a wine delivery, & if so what did you do?
Did you get your points?
'We're sorry but we couldn't use your 1000 points coupon.
We will e-mail you tomorrow to let you know how to use them on your next shop.'
Cheers

Have had this message but never the said email did not arrive. I would ring them to see what they say.
I have had wine codes accepted in January with the correct spend and I am still waiting for them to be added on. They have never replied to an email
Fortunately the wine was good (hic)0 -

I have just phoned Tesco. They confirmed my cc number and have promised to add the points on immediately.

Thanx guys
(originally posted in Tesco Codes as it is a code I want, but I was indirectly told it would be best put in here) Apologies if this is not the case.0 -

seems the codes thread has disappeared on the loyalty points forum listed above. Or am I just looking in the wrong place :confused
edit: realised I have to be logged on to site to see them, sure I didn;t before though "Sumptus censum ne superet"

Yeah..whatever :rolleyes:0 -
When you shop at tesco online and use a code for say £75 shop get £10 off or 1000 points. Is this for the basket total when you check out, or for what your shopping actually is once they've taken off offer reductions and any items they can't deliver as out of stock? So if the final price then falls below the £75 do they not credit you with the money off, or ponts?
Thanks
Just to mention if tesco have approched this site over tesco codes being used incorrectly it means they are watching. Therefore any other site which has details of codes which are not meant for public use will no doubt also be on their plans to deal with too. So posting them is only going to bring their attention to them!0 -
it is what the shopping actually comes to after all bogof's etc are taken off. So if drops to below the £75 you won;t get the discount or points"Sumptus censum ne superet"
