Does anyone get other peoples products in your shopping order?

I got some Tesco finest pies and a bag of apples in with my shopping today. I definatly did not order these.

Have you ever got someone elses products by mistake?

Pie and mash and apple crumble for dinner tonight :T

Or should I feel guilty???

I got a packet of Digestives that I didn't order a couple of weeks ago, I might have felt a bit guilty about keeping them if Tesco hadn't forgotten my coleslaw which they charged me for and I wanted to go with dinner that day :rolleyes:

I once got a 2x 6 pack of muller proactiv drink type stuff, and then another time a bag of Value Scampi.

Don't eat either but OH enjoyed them!

Didn't get 4 items I needed one day when I was doing a secret meal for my OH birthday. Called CS and they said they were showing up on the order on their screen, but they'd had a problem and said the items had somehow 'dropped off' the list. Meant me going hurtling off to Tesco to get the bits for the meal!

AAAAHHHH tesco codes have stopped working wenk on the tesco codes site and put them in but came up these codes have been used to the limit ahhhh any suggestions please

I believe you can just open another account with another email addy, and use them all again
I have two clubcard accounts , one in my wifes name , one in mine, and switch between the 2.

Hi, Does anyone know how long it takes for a refund on rejected substitutions. I rejected something on Sunday and as yet no refund has been put on my CC. I spoke to CS who said the store should have put the refund through on Monday so they could not do refund but if it is not on my account by 22 March call them back and they will contact the store to see what has happened. Is this usual?

Can anyone advise on the cheapest way to buy 12 bottles wine or 6 champagne to comply with various codes that come up ?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

If I reject something at point of delivery the refund takes 4 days. If however I notice something missing after the driver has gone and I email Tesco using the delivery form the refund can take between 4 and 7 days.
