has your laptop an ethernet port ?

Do wanadoodoo do do ethernet adsl routers ? ( I had to supply a MAC to see what packages they offer :rolleyes: :rotfl: )

If yes to the 2 above - go the ethernet way .... USB was never meant for networking :rolleyes: Get wanadoodoo to swap em over - may be ask for MAC if you can change without penalties :beer: ....... and negiotiate for the new hardware - mention look at the BB artcle and quote these figures Push it and go for a freebie wireless ....

if that means has my lappy got wireless then yes

i dont want wireless cause then my dd gonna be pushing for bb in her bedroom and i cant be doing with the hassle :rotfl: she 12 and a bleeding nightmare

It means wanap00 are really slow and dont deserve custom!

Did you get the drivers from wanadoo page or thompson website?

i right clicked update drivers

no I mean wired ethernet ....... will look like a open phone plug but bigger in the back of ur laptop - ( i need to check how to get pics on here ..lol - yeah I know the button is there ) but with the clip on the top .....

you could be using the old drivers then....

The update drivers might do a check against those on wanadoo page.....if so your updated drivers are still old.
