Helen, what driver did you use for the speedtouch.?

The ones that came with the CD? Does it say a version number on the cd?

If your drivers are older than these I'd try them:-

    http://www.speedtouchdsl.com/supuser.htm

Select correct operating system to download.

If the drivers are newer do this:-

Unplug modem (USB), goto add/remove progs, uninstall the speedtouch jobby.

Reboot, install new drivers from website....restart......plug modem in. Try. Finger X'd. Get hammer ready. Get shares with Regal. Or try http://www.kalmsstress.com/

I'd like to tell you to go out and buy a modem/router but theres no gurantee it will stop the drops.

I'm sure theres a website giving exchange details, gives you distance from post-codes to exchanges.

Still, unless ur house has got legs and moved further away from the exchange as you've already said this didn't used to happen.
