Oh I so could go some Galaxy right now - some bad person has brought in four boxes of biscuits and I love them all - gonna open them and have a sniff to keep me going!

Yummy biscuits, I just couldn't do it, so wish I could.

Got laptop :j, all I need to do now is get broadband sorted, dreading it cos last phone bill was quite dear, kept trying to phone someone but it was busy but was charged for everytime I tried - that is a rip off!

Well not been very good last night or today! Went shopping last night to take my skirt back and instead of getting my money back (£20), ended up buying a dress (£30), but it's for holiday so taking it out my holiday clothes budget, well got to justify it somehow :D

Had a late dinner of chilli and was doing great til I got to about 10pm and a packet of mini eggs got demolished - well I couldn't just eat a few could I!

Also, gave in today and had a scone, BUT I am not having my scone on Thursday, honest! Felt a bit devious actually cos sent someone else to the canteen to get it :o

Back to the detox and not spending any money today, hopefully cos my bank balance is looking very weak right now, the last few months have been great so don't know what has happened!

Hope everyone else is doing better than me!

Why can't I just stick to my guns - spent £1.45 in the canteen (not too bad I hear you say) but only spent £17 so far this month on food at work (normally it's around £40), so was really trying to be good. Only got 2 days to go til payday so should make it on £3 to make it a round £20 this month. I know why, not been supermarket shopping so have no lunch ingredients, like bread etc.

Got the gym tonight, brought my stuff in with me luckily cos slept in this morning and will need (unless no-one is here to see me) work on a bit tonight to make up my time. Might pop to the shops afterwards for a few odds and ends for the rest of the week.

Debt seems to be going up instead of down - argh!

He he, I always do that, take something back planning to get my money back and then see something costing more and get that instead!!

    xx

Edit: Very devious sending someone else to get the scone, I like it ha ha.

You are so naughty! Pay day soon though so you've done well to cut your spending at work by half. Very very devious on the scone mission - I understand - when you want a scone you want a scone!!! Hope it was worth it - bet it tasted even better than normal as it was naughty!

Be careful tonight when picking up 'odds and ends' - that's a sure fire way to spend £20 without realising it! Make a list of what you actually need before you go!

Tut, tut, I'm not that kind of girl - was going to say something else there but might get thrown offline for lowering the tone!

Yes it is lovely, not going to get it (the laptop I mean), until at least Thursday, can't wait to get my hands on it (OMG tone is lowered even more), help :rotfl:

I will defo make a list lifeback, I have a history of going for milk and bread and coming out with half the shop. The scone was delish, was thinking of giving up my Thursday scone, but what the canteen staff don't know won't hurt them! :D

Disaster, supposed to be going to the gym tonight but have forgotten my sports bra, now I could go without, well not without the bra, you know what I mean! Or, I could sneak off early (boss not in and hopefully won't get any calls), get it and go to gym, or cancel the gym! Mmm, think sneaking off early sounds good and I really should try and keep the gym going, I'm getting my money's worth when I do actually go.

Right that's it settled, 4 minutes to go and I'm outta here!

Surely sneaking off early occasionally wont hurt? And clearly a sports bra needed for the gym is kind of like an emergency?

Hi Swinstee, You're really going of the rails aren't you! Naughty, Naughty!
Scones, I can understand. Our local garden centre make them to die for, OH and I go in there every weekend and I just have to have one. As he pays I don't feel guilty!
Can't go to gym without sports bra, most definately constitutes an emergency!:jWhere is little mans sports bra?
More later, get back on the straight and narrow you naughty girl!
