Well if you think so, that's great!
By the way, ANY legal professional that tells you ANY letter or suggestion is "water tight" is either a VERY bad solicitor OR He/She got their qualifications in 1970! lol!
There is no such things as a water tight letter, suggestion, excuse or alibiAny solicitor worth their salt will tell you that
But Hey, if your letters are working for you, then well done! As I said, they are as good as you will get! (with a couple of minor flaws! lol)"I Assume I Need No Introduction"0 -

LOL, what is this? Start on NiD night?
p.s watertight is an expression meaning they are true to the letter of the law they represent. No lawyer told me that! Ok, so a bank does not have my CCA - tell me, what would a judge do? Enforce me to pay or make the debt unenforceable? Cmmon..... easy enough question.
As I say, watertight.2010 - year of the troll

LOL! Believe me, I am not picking on you
And have no interest in doing so!
Ok, firstly, you will be hard pushed to find a judge or barrister that follows the letter of the law! As we all know, the law my friend is an !!!
You will go through life meeting lawyers who all follow different laws! But hey, we're all scum bags! Untill you want us to save you moneyHehehhe
I bagged my wife by getting her refunded £600 from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme! lol
Secondly. every law (near enough) has a variation and any lawyer will let you believe the version that will earn him/her the most money!
I know, I'm a nob! But I'll be rich one day! lol"I Assume I Need No Introduction"0 -

Hi,
Yeah, i was talking HSBC and not Egg.
Although yesterday i got a Decline again from both.
The HSBC was an appeal which has been declinded, although in the leaflet they send with it, they give details of who to write to in HSBC if you will to appeal again. Do you think its worth it?
Egg was my first decline - again, is it worth an appeal?
Cheers0 -
Oh don't be so modest. I'm sure being a complete wanker must have helped as well.

Hi i think i might have some news about my appeal? I sent my appeal to natwest for a better APR% Platinum card & i said in my appeal in my favour i intend to close both my Natwest classic Visa and mastercards so that i can have all my credit facility on one card with them,,well i just looked at my online account and both of my cards i made an offer to close in return for the new card have both been removed from my online banking and closed. This can only really mean one thing that they have accepted my offer because there will be no other reason for both accounts to be shut down. i have not called yet as not got time but i am going to call them in a bit to see if they did accept my offer to negotiate closing the existing cards in return for a better card. It does look good so far but will update after i speak to them to post about what happens.
Good Luck! Can't see why they'd say no apart from it being Natwest lol - keep us updated :T2010 - year of the troll
