    There is no such things as a water tight letter, suggestion, excuse or alibi :) Any solicitor worth their salt will tell you that :)

    But Hey, if your letters are working for you, then well done! As I said, they are as good as you will get! (with a couple of minor flaws! lol) ;)

    p.s watertight is an expression meaning they are true to the letter of the law they represent. No lawyer told me that! Ok, so a bank does not have my CCA - tell me, what would a judge do? Enforce me to pay or make the debt unenforceable? Cmmon..... easy enough question.

    Ok, firstly, you will be hard pushed to find a judge or barrister that follows the letter of the law! As we all know, the law my friend is an !!! :)

    You will go through life meeting lawyers who all follow different laws! But hey, we're all scum bags! Untill you want us to save you money :) Hehehhe

    I bagged my wife by getting her refunded £600 from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme! lol

    Secondly. every law (near enough) has a variation and any lawyer will let you believe the version that will earn him/her the most money! :)

    Hi,
    Yeah, i was talking HSBC and not Egg.

    Although yesterday i got a Decline again from both.

    The HSBC was an appeal which has been declinded, although in the leaflet they send with it, they give details of who to write to in HSBC if you will to appeal again. Do you think its worth it?

    Egg was my first decline - again, is it worth an appeal?

    Ahhhh I've been around :) Just not piosting much! :) OR.....MAYBE I have a different username! ;)

    I learnt my lesson the hard way nott o offer too much advice on here or any of these foums! :)

    But al is good :)

    Except for the fact I'm having to sit in all day and wait for my bloody West Ham shirts to be delivered! lol
