    I'm frightened :o

Was the dia-woo-woo really bad? Is that normal?

Hurry up 2:30pm! Can't believe I'm actually counting down the minutes till someone sticks a hand up me!

OH has gone to work, so things can't happen too fast - takes him at least an hour to get home.
I never had the trots with ds, so dont worry too much lol

11 Days early is what I'm aiming for Tine :p

And I'd of upped to 2 by now... Gonna up to 3 at the weekend... Then up to 4 the week after... Then stick at 4 for the remaining time... In theory... If I can remember to take them!

Right... well I'll up to 2 from today then :) Only taken one so far today but easy enough to take another :) Then take 2 for the next week and up to 3 :)

Are there any websites to refer to as per the dosage for these? I'm currently taking 2x 640mg per day but am unsure as to whether I should have already increased the dosage...

i know that caffiene should be cut out during pregnancy (week 6), but what about chocolate?

Have u tried prying a pg lady away from Chocolate? Imagine trying to take a bone from a dog :rotfl:

I don't drink Coffee or Tea but still drink at least one can of Coke Zero a day and as for chocolate - well, if I fancy it I'll eat it!!

Things in moderation are OK - there are things she will need to cut out like liver, pate, raw eggs etc. But these are the minging things no-one eats anyone!!

Took my pg vit last night and it felt lodged in my throat all night!

Took me an hour to get out of bed this morning - combo of feeling tired and sick. Then spent 10mins heaving over the sink! Got to work by 9 thou :p

Hey, Feelie - I'm so excited for you - labour vibes coming your way along with anyone else that needs them!

Getting grief of everyone in work today - loadsa complaints and people not doing as they are told!! Think I should go out in a bit and get some lunch and some money for the Oven man!! My oven should be fixed in time for Easter :j

ender4 you are a brave man to think of intercepting a preg ladies chocolate:rotfl:.... I dont drink tea or coffee as they contain too much caffiene for me... I have caffiene sensitivity which gives me migraines.... but chocolate I have not given up as I would need to eat a heck of a lot of chocolate to trigger anything.:D

its totally normal to have dia-woo-woo its your body clearing the way as my MW put it ;) at least if everything is out while ur still at home you won't poop during the labour :D

don't need to cut it out completely http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnancy/nutrition/foodsafety/caffeine/
just stay within safe limits (which I have had no trouble with ;))
