No but it would be difficult to live your life without ever crossing a road, and more particularly not many people deliberately step in front of a juggernaut.

Botox, fillers etc are not risk free. There are many possible complications known, and also research ongoing about possible unknown complications arising from long term use of Botox. Any foreign substance injected into the body from tatoos to fillers has the potential to trigger autoimmune diseases etc. Botulinum toxin has specific problems that people need to know about.

It is one thing accepting a risk benefit ratio for a medicine and another for a cosmetic proceedure .

If people are not informed by "clinic", nurse or whoever that there are risks then they are not giving informed consent.

It does very for different people unfortunately. However, it could be that the last one was scrimping a bit of botox.

Unfortunately, thats what happens if you pick the cheapest sometimes (not saying you did).

I would be interested in this too, you have to be so careful, I had a recommendation but when I actually met the woman who had it done it didnt look too good, very very frozen, I realise this might of been her choice but it put me off so back to the drawing board, also does anyone have any info on having Botox rubbed in rather than injected, I read about this being done at a clinic in Harley Street, it is supposed to give a softer effect but its new so not much to read on it.
Thank you for this site Martin

    Good luck for the future
