Is it really worth bothering, how long has it taken you to get all those points?
I was in the same boat.. and had my first invite last week! And then it said they have filled the max numbers needed 1/2 thru doing the questionnaire!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092

I suspect that this site is trying to purvey professionalism, but it is not backed up by QUALITY. Ipsos does not have a particulary good site but they pay up within 14 days. Never judge a book by it's cover! What cheeses me off is the time spent V the dream of the small item that you can buy for yourself with the voucher.........sad but true.
In addition they are recruiting for new members on Pigsback whilst seemingly only paying out token guestures to those who complain enough...If you think logically they could go on on like this for sometime, raking in the profits of those who employ them whilst never ( or occasioanlly paying out) Just a ficticious scenorio?
I am not affliated in anyway to any of the companies mentioned. But I can as a consumer audit from a distance with intergrity.0 -
I was beginning to think it was my bad luck but it seems that a lot of people are having a problem.
I've had one voucher before the new points system and waited about four months and several emails for it. After the new scheme I ordered one £5 voucher and heard nothing after the max four weeks it is meant to be. I ordered my next £5 while I was waiting and then again another £5 after that.
It took a good few months for my first £5 code to arrive and the third one came with it but I still am having to email asking about the second one I ordered
I don't have too much problem getting up to the points but getting the codes is a whole other matter, and then its another wait for the vouchers once you choose them; I always order high street vouchers instead of online vouchers and its another couple of weeks for them to be delivered.
Will try the suggestion to reply to a survey invite and see if I get anything other than the standard reply.0 -
I had been with them for a couple of months same story not many invites and never suitable and then this week just like buses have done my first two. second one was just this evening. I'll be cashing in my points at 500 though after hearing everyoneelses problems rather than letting them rack up - 50 points to go!0

Seems that there are a lot of us in the same boat.
I'm waiting on 3 vouchers from May - when I query it I just get the standard email...grrrrrr....

Helpful information supplied by Kavakava on a previous forum. Thank youkavakava wrote:They are really, really bad when it comes to paying out. If you have problems, email these people (the owners/CEOs of Lighstpeed):
info@lightspeedresearch.com (general email)
ahedde@lightspeedresearch.com (ceo)
bbreslauer@lightspeedresearch.com (global director)
eu@lightspeedresearch.com (London office)
acayton@lightspeedresearch.com (London manager)
It has helped me a couple of times - just CC them all with your query. They do not seem to reply when you email them through the website.
Good luck!0
