I have been with Lightspeed for about 2 years and have so far received £15 Tesco vouchers, £30 Next vouchers and £25 HMV vouchers

I have been nagging for vouchers that are missing. received one code today, for the reward ordered in July. Still waiting for the 2 ordered in June. Lets see how log it takes for the Miss Selfridge voucher to hit the postmat!

Just a question: how did you get the Tesco vouchers from Lightspeed? Were there any special surveys offering this incentive? I would love to be offered these as rewards.;)

Recieved my £10 code today as well, ordered just two weeks ago :j

Still waiting on my £5 one from early June, contacted them again last night via the last survey email so don't know if I'll get an answer yet. Did mention that I knew others were in the same boat as I'd seen negative posts on a 'consumer website' forum so that may get them moving a bit.

Just registerd with this lot through pigsback to earn an extra 600 piggy points. My OH thinks I'm bonkers!

still you got something out of them..............600 piggy points, I have to admit that their whole website lulled me into a false sense of security. False promises = lost dreams (however small)

Whilst I do appreciate that companies have cashflow problems this is indicidental if not clearly explained in the company's mandate. People may respond to a more co-operative approach if treated with honesty. Less of the corporate more of the sharing.

Do you think we should ask martin if he would consider contacting them?

Maybe something to jolt us out of our pipe and slippers attitude.

Well I shall wait for my piggy points to appear in PB and probably resign from LS straightaway then. There seems to be too many problems for my liking which is such a shame.

i got my £15 code from lightspeed yesterday. it took exactly 21 days. Not too bad!
