It has taken up to 2 months for some of the vouchers to come. All the vouchers I have applied for have arrived though.

Lightspeed are usually very good even if a little slow.

Hi ncsmummy, Im in the same boat, I have emailed asking when I am likely to receive the codes and no reply yet...will update this post if I hear anything today.

Hi I have ordered £25 in vouchers dating back to early June. I also contacted Lightspeed to ask where my vouchers where. I also received an e-mail saying that they could not find the evidence of the surveys I had done and asked me to send a list. I received an e-mail to say they had found me on the system and rebooked the vouchers. I am beginning to think that this is just a delaying tactic. They may seem to pay well for their surveys, but is no payment a worthy reward for completing their surveys?

I've had to chase them a few times. I've since received some though. I'd advise keeping track of what you've requested from them.

I have been with them for about 3 months and never been offered to take part in any of their surveys. I do the initial questions and then they say you are not what we are looking for have 10 free entries to the draw instead.
Is it really worth bothering, how long has it taken you to get all those points?

same here, I have received one voucher but it took ages for the code to come through. I am now waiting for another code. I have e-mailed them a couple of times. I suspect it may just be a case of waiting.

Have a look at THIS thread and the last couple of pages of THIS thread - we are all having problems with them.

However, the moral is, keep bugging them and you should get your voucher eventually!

Not sure whether it should be a case of chasing rather than waiting. Maybe chasing on mass!

I ordered and received a £15 voucher back in June.
I was given a code with a value of £15, which I traded for HMV.co.uk vouchers.
I received the HMV voucher two weeks later.
