Yeah, I always have to log in again. To be honest sometimes I don't bother, but leave other surveys until next time and hope they aren't full!

Just done a survey and been offered to try a product which I accepted.... the points for the survey haven't been credited though so I hope I still receive the product, means it was still worth doing then, took me a fair while.

  • Hi.

Has anyone recently ordered a Peacocks voucher? I have ordered some 2 weeks ago, not received them yet, but as most people know Peacocks have gone into administration and they are not taking any vouchers. I have emailed Lightspeed but, not holding out much hope, anyone else have this problem??

Recently realised I hadn't been receiving any survey invites and there were none waiting when I logged in.

Contacted them and yet again they had suspended my account as they say I had accessed a survey while abroad. Don't remember doing that but I did request a voucher.

Anyway re-instated with my outstanding points balance and also receiving e-mails again.

The 5 points for unsuccessful surveys seems to have stopped working.

I asked them what had happened to the 5 points and got this reply -

Now, when you are screened out of a survey or the survey states ‘quota
full’ you will receive 10 entries instead of five points. We thought it
would be more advantageous and useful for you to gain entries for our Prize
Draw instead of 5 points as this will mean you have even more chances of
    winning the £1.000 prize!!

I think the points were of more value to me but they have made the decision so I'll just have to accept it. :(

I haven't had any surveys at all from MySurvey for months either...just thought it may have slowed down for a while (like Yougov, didn't have any for about 6 months and in the last 3 or 4 I've had absolutely loads!) but I think I'll be dropping them an email soon then.
