since the merge does anyone know how long the amazon e vouchers take to process?
I put in an order for an Amazon voucher at 11pm this Thursday and got the e-certificate at 6pm on Friday.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

Same happened to me. Can't log in and no response from customer services.

same here, with the added 'benefit' of not actually having any login windows on the page when i open it
and of course i've not had any surveys since september
"Emma" stop doing your nails and answer my email!
  • It does take longer since the merger. I ordered my Paypal reward on 24/11/10 and it was only paid yesterday. I also got a response to my query last night saying it takes 5-7 working days to process payments.
  • Well I ordered a Paypal payment 3 days ago, and havent received payment yet. I was getting a little worried as some people get the reward fast and some dont, so I have emailed "Emma" as I have done before, and as of yet have not had a reply. So I went searching through their privacy policy and discovered a link to Lightspeed's official contact page and found this phone number - 02078961900. (This is their London office). Just spoke to a lady who took down my email address and promised she will get back to me. Hmmm we shall see. I also told her that I have emailed countless times and had no replies, which is odd seeing as their customer service is dealt with "only by email" (her words) !!!!
  • Wow, got a reply already! What a difference a phone call can make. Was told my payments are showing as processed but may be a while before I see the transaction, as it is the Christmas season...? I didnt realise Christmas affected bank transactions so much but hey.... atleast we can see their are people in the customer service team who know how to use emails finally!!

Ordered a PayPal on 27-11-2010. Lightspeed would have paid me by now. 'My Survey' seem absolutely hopeless at the moment. Nothing seems to be working properly. Not going to attempt to do any more surveys until/if things improve.

I'm with you on that. I have done surveys and then when I get to the end, I am told that I haven't logged in

FINALLY! Got my paypal payment! Not sure how long I waited in the end, it was 2 days after the merge that I ordered it, 5 days ago I sent a "where is it?" note via the online form.
  • Have ordered another paypal payment. Last one took over two weeks.
