^ Yep, me too! And I've currently got 3 sitting in my 'surveys' section, and apparently I've 'paused the interview(s) before they were complete' on each one! I hope it's just a tempoary glitch. I'll report back if I hear anything from Emma!

I had two surveys to do today - Project 10010 and Survey SD25027. The first I got all the way through only to find that the promised points had not been awarded, and the second I got right to the very last page but was then taken to the 'error' page. I've sent an email about both, but I'm not holding out much hope of a decent response.

I had the same with survey SD25027, e'mailed Emma well over a week ago, and no reply or points. Don't think I am going to do anymore surveys until all problems are sorted.

Ordered a PayPal on 27-11-2010. Lightspeed would have paid me by now. 'My Survey' seem absolutely hopeless at the moment. Nothing seems to be working properly. Not going to attempt to do any more surveys until/if things improve.
