i requested mine on 26 november so if you havent recieved yours yet then i have no idea when mine will come through.

When i joined Litespeed it used to take 24 to 36 hours then just before the merge it would generally take around 5 working days but now???

I get ousted out of most of the surveys and like you get fobbed off with the standard e mail. I have tried querying it again and am waiting for response.

Will you let us know when you get your PayPal through? I've requested two lots, on 19th and 23rd December. I got an email from Customer Services yesterday saying that PayPal normally takes 5-7 working days. So today I'm on 8+ days and counting....

Doesn't sound very promising, does it. Let's hope they're just dealing with a backlog and all our payments will soon come flooding out...:)

As I said in my earlier post, I did at least get a response from someone in Customer Services, and I'm taking that as a good sign. She said, with fingers and toes and just about everything else crossed!

It used to take about 4 days for me from Lightspeed, but there are obviously a lot of glitches to be ironed out.

Glad to say that both my PayPal payments arrived this evening, and I hope that's soon the case for everyone else who is waiting.

Spent about half an hour filling in a survey last night, then just as I clicked on the final page, I got a message saying something like the survey link wasn't valid and I didn't get the points!! Not pleased! :mad:

just tried doing survey B26176. Ok until it got to the bit where it was to play a video- We would like you to watch a TV advert, click on the play button below. No button though and refreshing the screen did not produce it either! Can't be bothered emailing good old Emma as I never heard anything back from my last query. Grrr!

We are currently trialling a new feature at MySurvey: whenever you complete a questionnaire your reward points will be immediately credited to your MySurvey account so you can begin to redeem them for great gifts or donate to charity straight away!

Unfortunately, the software we are using to upload your points directly into your MySurvey account is experiencing some glitches. At the moment we are only able to credit your points once the survey has closed. Usually this will take up to 4 weeks.

We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have this problem corrected very soon.

Meanwhile, thanks again for sharing your thoughts and opinions and being a member of MySurvey!

Oh dear. They've mucked up the refer a friend email as well as the invitation emails:
