Tried to access around 8 surveys and all of them screened me out after between 1 and 10 minutes. Not impressed at all.It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

I finished a survey yest and got the 404 error and no points.Sent an e-mail to them.Ive done more surveys today and got the points ok.They are very quick giving you amazon vouchers.Got one about 10 minutes after asking ordering one!0

I finished the last part of the Heinz Tomato Sauce survey, should have got 400 points for it but got a 404 error at the end. Mailed Emma, got no reply yet, that was Saturday afternoon.0

I'm getting timed out really quickly on this site now, and have to log back in again. Not receiving points for surveys completed when this happens. Also not receiving email notifications of surveys anymore??£2 Savers Club 2011 (putting towards a deposit

After saying I was having no problems...
In my survey list I now have 1 survey that I click on that goes nowhere, 1 survey that claims I have already completed it when I haven't and 1 survey that asks for a code to continue which I haven't been given. I'm also getting emails that inform me of surveys that don't exist or that will take me 0 minutes to complete and earn me 0 points. Ho hum. At least, unlike some, I'm not getting a problem if I do manage to complete a survey, I'm getting the points for those.Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
I completed a 20 minute survey about breakdown services and I didn't get rewarded from MySurvey
Got a standard fob off email back when I complained
I wrote back and said I wasn't happy about it
I doubt they will care
