Only just ordered my £5 paypal payment at the weekend so hoping it comes through fine.

Good to see everything has gone smoothly. My remaining lightspeed points have been added correctly. And very good to see that Paypal is there and the rate of exchange is the same as lightspeed and not the higher amount needed before by Mysurvey! Result!! Just now hope we have twice as many surveys to do!

I've just had the same experience - both sets of points have combined, and I've been able to order PayPal for the same number of points as Lightspeed. Really good that it's worked so smoothly.:j

I still can't log in, just says inactive user.

I had a Lightspeed account but didn't get that original merging email and now can't log in to MySurvey...presume I've lost the few points I had with Lightspeed - have emailed emma to find out x

all seems ok here to all lightspeed points added onto mysurvey and so got a couple of amazon vouchers to help me with the amazon black friday deals

Just tried the first survey on the new site L25985. I completed it correctly but when it redirected back to Mysurvey to add the points it had lightspeed in the url could not find the site and gave a 404 error! No points added and survey still listed. Have contacted them. Won't bother with another survey listed until I can be sure they have sorted these glitches out!

The merge has gone fine for me, except for all my old surveys are no longer there, so no surveys to do anymore Did not have enough points to cash in before the merge. I also did get one new survey this morning but after finishing it I tried to click submit to get my points and the website stopped working. The website now appears to be showing a message saying it is doing server maintenance.
So not very smooth transition really, but what can you do? Let's just hope it's not down hill from here!

I had this with another survey today, I just left it for half an hour and then refreshed the page and it went through fine.

ive had exactly the same problem with this survey this evening,i waited a while as another poster said but its still not working....grrr
