Getting frustrated the surveys have started booting me very close to the end again using the excuse of having reached target number. This has happened in the last 11 surveys.

I took part in an 3 day on-line forum type survey to gauge opinion on the changes.

Not sure what will happen to points if you're a member on both forums I don't think that was covered.

I wonder if anyone can help? I participated in a telephone survey with Ebay through lightspeed in October and was told the points would be added within 5 days. This did not happen and having contacted lightspeed they are wanting the survey number which i don't have! Did anyone else happen to take part in this survey and could forward me the survey number?? Lightspeed are saying that nothing can be done unless I give them the survey number

Interesting news.
I tried to log in to My survey account the other day because I realised I had not received any e-mails for some time but it said it was inactive. I sent an e-mail to find out why but haven't heard back.
I have sent another e-mail now mentioning the joining with Lightspeed & wait to see if Emma replies.
I hope the Paypal option will be available with the new setup as I always cash in as soon as I have the minimum points for a payout.

I'm hoping for Paypal too as i always convert my points as soon as I reach the minimum amount.

In the mock up's of the site we were shown Paypal was an option listed but once inside 'the shop' the Paypal option had disappeared.
A lot of the panel members mentioned liking Paypal so hopefully it will be there when it all goes live.

I have no experience of My Survey apart from the exercise that I carried out.

Looks like I'm going to end up missing out on 300 points. :mad:

In the last year or so, LS have definitely gone downhill. (I still clearly remember the three months it took for the third election debate points to be awarded!).

Highlights of an email I got last night:

I'm about a survey or two away from having £50 in vouchers on Lightspeed. I'm probably going to cash out just in case the value drops to the mysurvey levels once they merge.

Has anyone had the software installed? I am not that keen as it might slow my already slow pc down, but its extra points. Also there is the security aspect re credit card details (althlugh they say these will be removed). Not sure if its worth the risk.

ive been asked by Litespeed if i want this but ive read so much negativity ie computer slows down,crashes etc its not worth the hassle.

hi, i did do this a year or so back and i found it slowed my pc down and also i got a virus (not 100% sure from this tho) others have said there's was fine so its upto to you if you try or not. HTH
