Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

Lightspeed has been great for until the last fortnight. Just wondered if anyone else had had any of the following problems:

1) Taken two surveys that have led to product testing and have not been credited with the survey points. With the first I should have received a follow-on survey and have not done.

2) Been invited to take part in two or three surveys, visited the site within a short period of time of receiving the notification to find that my list of available surveys is empty.

I've emailed Lauren on both of these and have not heard anything.

I cashed in most of my remaining points with Lightspeed before they merge. Normally the Paypal payment arrives within a couple of days. This time a week has passed and nothing has arrived.
Hope it does not get lost in the merge!!

Just noticed that the Rewards shop on the Lightspeed site now takes you to the MySurvey rewards page. And they have never offered Paypal- though both sites do use Perks.com for the rewards. I had hoped they would have continued offering paypal as an option. I am currently a member of both so it will be interesting to see if when they join up whether all the remaining points from both sites are added correctly. And what happens with these outstanding paypal payments!

just recieved the email and cash has now gone in.

I thought I had better cash mine in quickly too in case it all changes, had enough for a fiver but still a few points left over, not quite enough for the £3. I hope they will still offer paypal, I don't get lots of money from Lightspeed but it all helps.

I'm going to take the gamble!

I have worked out how much amazon vouchers I would get with either site. I want to see the exact same- if not more in my account when the merge happens or things could get nasty!

Anyone else not cashing in?

I think i am going to risk not cashing mine in. I have just reached enough for a £10 voucher.

They promise the rewards will be the same so i am going to trust them and see what happens.

I should think they wouldn't be stupid enough to go back on their word because of the backlash they will get from this lot!!

Is anyone else still getting surveys from lightspeed but cabt get onto the site. I also didnt have enough to cash in and couldnt do paypal. I have a really bad feeling about this as when i sent an e mail to Lauren last week about a survey she just sent one back saying will have to deal with my survey now.:(

I get the site under maintenance page!

I wouldn't worry looks like the changover is taking longer than they thought!
