I had a period recently where every second survey I clicked on came up with that, I was getting really annoyed with it and almost stopped doing them but it seemed to be resolved, I do hope that it has not started again

There has been one survey which is unaccessible and has been stuck on my homepage for ages. I wish they would sort it out.

It is worth contacting them to see if they have put your account on hold. They stopped my account after I had completed a survey when I was in France but re-instated it when I contacted them.

I had the same issue as you, Thrifymanc ... I ordered Amazon vouchers, but they never came through. I couldnt work out why though, so I checked the screendump I took when I placed the order and managed to mix up the 2 email addresses I have! (One AOL and one Hotmail) God knows how I managed it ...

Anyway, I followed the same process that StumpyPumpy advised - there is a 'contact us' button there, so I explained that I'd made a mistake and hoped they would be able to help me. Whaddya know, I got my Amazon voucher codes yesterday! Well chuffed!! I was actually reall surprised they could help, especially as I was at fault!

That'll learn me to be more careful with my email addresses in future (although, I have now set up an email account - just in case!)

Might be an idea to check what address / email they're holding for you?

Does anyone other than me have the problem that when you are doing a particularly long survey, by the time you have completed it you have been logged out of your account? I keep on getting this. So I open the survey again only to be told they have reached maximum number of participants and I don't get any points! So annoying.

How long is a long time? The longest it has ever taken me to do a survey was about 1 1/2 hours and I wasn't logged out for that.

Hmm it wasn't as long as that. Maybe about an hour.

Yes! It's really annoying. I hope they fix whatever the problem is soon!

Its been years and still its unfixed! I have emailed the illustrious 'Lauren' who informed me it was a problem (really? ya think?!) but didn't fix it nor answer my question which was when are they going to stop sending these non-surveys? Its put their survey emails at the end of my to-do list anyhow so they lose out at the end of the day.
