Lightspeed Points Account > Enter Shop
it's right there on the first page with a big banner ad. Or select it from the Shop by Brand drop down box on the same page.

Just suggested they don't use LS any more for their ideablogs. Hoping that it will make them chase LS to issue rewards so they don't get any more emails about it.

Just logged into LS and the points are there! Don't know if our emails to Millward Brown helped or if it was just coincidence!

Happy to have my ideablog points finally!! I thought I was never going to see the day!... but i guess 'Lauren' couldn't have ignored all us MSE'ers complaining

I ordered a voucher and it's not arrived. A friend of mine who uses Lightspeed ordered the same type of voucher and received it by email within the hour. I haven't got a "non-Lauren" email address, but have you checked to see if the code is online?
I had a problem with the email address I was using for Lightspeed and hadn't received an Amazon code that I needed for a birthday present. I found that if I went to Lightspeed Points Account ->Enter Shop (button)->My Account I got a list of transactions, clicking on the missing transaction's order # gave the details of the order and in the ECERT DETAILS section at the bottom there was the code for my Amazon voucher. :T
I have no idea if this is relevant to any online vouchers other than Amazon, but it is worth having a look.

You seem to receive more surveys when you complete the short polls on their home page.

Is anyone else getting these surveys that say you have paused them as soon as you click to open them? I have had loads lately, the bog standard reply from Lauren is that its an error and the survey will be reissued but its driving me nuts!
