Yes I had that one too. Sent an email to tell 'Lauren'. This is the (presumably automated) reply:

No news about IdeaBlog here - i've emailed "Lauren" a couple of times now but heard nothing back.

Anyone who took part in the World Cup Arena -
Just had an email from Lightspeed, they are REFUSING to give me my 2000 points for the survey, saying there is no record of me completing it!
If anyone else who completed it, feel free to contact [EMAIL="sarah.guest@kantarmedia.com"]sarah.guest@kantarmedia.com[/EMAIL] as she was one of the moderators who was running the survey and get her to chase it up.

Lightspeed have really gone down in my opinion, they used to be really good.

I had the same standard blurb about forgotten password when I emailed about the TNS survey.

Also, I've been chasing 'Lauren' about the Pringles Ideablog points and also have had no response. Seems a bit odd, as I had a response within a couple of days about the TNS survey, but they seem to be ignoring the Ideablog ones. Is it about 3 weeks since the blog finished?

Starting to lose faith in them a bit.

Yeh, something like that.
I also wrote about 3 emails to 'lauren' and yet to receive a response (which I don't think I will get!)
Surely we should get them though, I have never been let down by LightSpeed before

Just did another survey with Lightspeed that will probably have similar problems to the Ideablog (missing points). Is a 3 part one - each part taking about an hour to complete. Was very dull, but I had nothing better to do! Says that after all 3 are completed 1,500 points will be awarded. However, after the Ideablog, I'm not convinced that they are going to pay out. Just curious to see if anyone else got this one and if they are going to bother doing it?

Thank you for your email. We apologise for the delay in uploading the points for survey L23087. We have a list of all panelists who completed the survey and we will upload the points as soon as possible.

Just got to wonder how long we have to wait now !!

Yep, got the same blurb sent to me. At least they finally responded - would be nice to know why there's a delay though. Oh well....
