Not been credited for phone election debate yet. Sent countless emails without courtesy of one single reply! Not good!

I think we can probably all forget about getting points for the third leaders debate, I have sent countless emails and (if lucky) just get a standard reply saying it can take several days although I am sure it was about 2 months ago.

However I have now received all my points for everything else but that has taken several weeks.

Has anyone ever won a prize on their £2000 prize draw, or is it made up?

If it is real - do they actually tell you that you've won something, or are you expected to check the website all the time just on the offchance? If you look at the 'winners' page on their site, it says unclaimed prize against a few names, which makes it sound like they don't bother telling you that you've won, and you need to email if you see your name on there. Who knows, if it's real I could have won a hundred times and never known about it...! I've had enough flipping entries for it.

What really annoys me with Lightspeed is when I start a survey and then get the message 'you have paused the interview or used the back button and cannot restart it' (or words to that effect) when I have just started the blooming thing and haven't paused it or used the back button at all!
